Alliance Medical Limited started working with Cumulus Business Solutions towards the end of 2018, with Cumulus providing fixed voice, hosted VOIP, ADSL and leased line internet services.
Right from the start of the working relationship Cumulus has set itself apart from our other telecoms and internet suppliers by going the extra mile and by being 100% customer focused.
By way of an example, Alliance Medical often operate on Hospital sites but require our own connectivity services rather than those provided by the host Trust. One of the biggest challenges can be ensuring that the BT installation engineers turn up and don’t just give up when they approach a Trust reception desk who might not be aware of the planned work. The Cumulus team take extra care to ensure that the installation engineers are aware that Alliance Medical might have their own reception and have even sent a member of the Cumulus team to site following several failed installations to meet the BT engineer in the car park and hold their hand to ensure the installation is completed.
