“We were introduced to Cumulus Business Solutions by an external marketing company as we were keen to investigate a new telephony system that had full integration with NetSuite ERP System. At the time we were using the Gamma Horizon Hosted solution.
Ian at Cumulus immediately suggested the 8x8 Hosted solution as it has a strong NetSuite integration. 8x8 carried out a great demonstration of this solution for us via teams, so we were happy to go ahead with implementing this for our business and ERP system.
We were delighted and really pleased with the professionalism of the team at Cumulus and the whole installation was turned around seamlessly and effectively. Josh the Cumulus Project Manager was excellent in getting all the information required ahead of the install and all users were trained on the new system before the solution went fully live.
