We contracted Cumulus Business Solutions to provide us with a new Cloud Hosted telephone system and a refurbishment of our main Cornms cabinet. I have to say that I have been very impressed with their approach and level of service throughout the whole experience. From the initial planning phase to implementation and now on to the support after the installation, I have always felt in safe hands.
As is always the case with any major IT change, we encountered some unexpected challenges, but Ian and his team were pragmatic, hard-working and solution focussed to get us to the required destination with the minimum of interruption.

We recently asked Cumulus to provide us with a new Wi-Fi solution for our factory and offices in North Walsham following the works they did for us back in 2021 with the Hosted phone system and cabinet change (Stage 1 above)
Once again, they did not disappoint us.
Cumulus Business Solutions installed new Data points to accommodate the new Fortinet Access Points and installed new Fibre optic cables to link multiple cabinets across the site and installed a new cabinet in the warehouse. This is a big site, but the Cumulus team took this in their stride. We are really happy with the end result and now have a fantastic Wi-Fi Network across the whole site.
